Delivery & Returns Policy


Free shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia and $180 Worldwide.

Most orders are shipped the business day after they are placed.

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we want your overall experience with West Activewear to be excellent.  If something isn't quite right please contact us.


Customs policies vary widely from country to country.  For information about customs policies that apply in your country please contact your local customs office.  Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer.  We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be.  Please note we are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances. 


If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange (your choice) equal to the amount paid for the goods. Simply return the item along with your invoice and completed Returns Form to PO BOX 638, Hamilton Central, QLD, 4007 within 21 days of receiving your order.  It is important however that the item and all packaging are in the same condition as when they left the West Activewear warehouse.  If either of these two conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.

Please note that if you decide to return or exchange your goods West Activewear will only pay the cost of the return shipping if the goods are defective. In all other circumstances you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping back to West Activewear, as well as the cost of the shipping for the new item to you.

For orders which included free shipping, in the event of a complete refund we will refund the purchase price total minus $10 to cover our initial shipping cost to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note we do not accept returns/exchanges on SALE items


No returns/exchanges on sale items, this includes our Outlet Sale.


For items purchased on sale with a discount or promotional code, we can offer an exchange, but cannot offer a refund. This applies to both Australian and International orders.


For all paypal orders you may find the Refunds on Return Shipping service helpful. PayPal offers a refund on your return shipping costs if you need to send anything back – up to $45 per return and 8 returns each year.


We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of the incorrect/insufficient address provided during checkout or because of refusal to pay import taxes.


Please note that upon shipment a tracking number will be provided to you and we accept no responsibility for your shipment after that time.  In the event that your parcel goes missing it will be your responsibility to contact Australia Post to pursue. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet please contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and it may take some time before your refund shows in your account.
