What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and Afterpay. We use Shopify Payments processer which is very reliable and safe.
Do you have Afterpay?

What is the returns policy?
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer returns / exchanges on sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for postage costs incurred. PLEASE EMAIL firstname.lastname@example.org TO LODGE A RETURN REQUEST.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet please contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and it may take some time before your refund shows in your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we are able to offer you a full refund within 21 days from date of purchase. You will need to complete the Returns Form and send this in with your invoice & goods to: PO BOX 638, Hamilton Central, QLD, 4007, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the instance that a product is deemed to be faulty. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note we do not accept returns/exchanges on SALE items

When will my order be dispatched?
As soon as you have checked out your order, our warehouse gets to picking, packing and shipping your goods. Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) Mon-Fri are dispatched on the same day. All other orders (including orders made on weekends & public holidays) are dispatched next business day.
(Please note that during sale periods, dispatch times can vary as we are extra busy packing your items!)
How long does delivery take?
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.
Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days from dispatch
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days from dispatch

All international orders are sent via DHL Express. Your order will arrive within 6-10 business days from dispatch. Our DHL On Demand Delivery service will also notify you via email or SMS to manage your delivery options.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with all your tracking details so you can easily keep an eye on your order.
International customers will also receive an email or SMS from DHL to manage your delivery options.
Will I be charged duties?
Packages may be subject to additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various countries outside of Australia. We do our very best to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in other countries. If you are unsure of the charges that may apply in your country, please contact your local customs office for more info.
